Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment at Prestige Dermal Aesthetics , patients acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions

  • All new patients are required to complete a medical questionnaire before receiving treatment. This is to ensure their safety and to identify any contraindications. New patients are required to have a pre-treatment e-consultation or face-to-face consultation to assess treatment suitability.

  • In line with GDPR and GPhC/GMC guidelines, all patient information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Consent will be obtained before using any before-and-after photos for promotional purposes. Where possible, only the treated area will be shown, and anonymity will be maintained.

  • The final decision on whether a treatment is appropriate rests with the clinician. Patients under 18 will not be treated under any circumstances. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, unnecessary, or if there are concerns such as potential body dysmorphia, the clinician reserves the right to decline treatment.

  • We are committed to offering honest, professional advice with patients’ best interests in mind. Any feedback—positive or negative—is welcomed, as we strive to continuously improve our care and service.

  • While we make every effort to run on time, occasional delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Payments can be made via card, cash, or bank transfer. Please be aware that technical issues can occasionally occur, so we kindly ask patients to have an alternative payment method available.

  • To secure an appointment, a £50 deposit is strictly required. This deposit serves as a consultation fee and is non-refundable if the patient decides not to proceed with treatment, as it covers the clinician’s time and professional expertise.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice. This policy helps cover the cost of short-notice appointment gaps. However, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date once, provided the rescheduling is within the same 48-hour window. This flexibility allows for unexpected issues such as illness or family emergencies. Please note, the deposit cannot be transferred more than once.

  • Patients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered late arrivals. While we will do our best to accommodate them at the end of the clinic if time permits, other appointments will not be delayed. If the patient chooses not to wait, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Failure to attend an appointment without any communication will result in loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

  • Doses of anti-wrinkle treatment differ for everyone and doses are subject to discussion with the clinician. Doses given previously by other clinics will be taken into consideration, and all patients will be offered a review and a top up. This top up must take place 2-4 weeks after the initial treatment.

  • If the review appointment and top up injection doesn't take place within 30 days this will not be provided. There is medical evidence that doing the top up past this period can lead to increased resistance to toxin based products and reduced effectiveness of future treatment.

  • Top up treatment is not always necessary - if the result is deemed satisfactory then further injections will not be administered until a new treatment course, which is typically 3-6 months later.

  • Botox does not work for 6 months and then immediately stop working. It can wear off gradually so some patients may see a return of movement at the 2-3 month mark. Further treatment can be given but policy is to repeat treatment at the 3 month point at the earliest. This will not be complementary and will be charged as a new treatment.

  • Dermal filler is charged by the syringe, not by the area.

  • Honest advice will be given as to what might work for patients based on their individual anatomy, needs, expectations and budget.

  • In the unlikely event of complications occurring after treatment with our clinician (this includes granuloma, vascular occlusion, lumps that are visible, lymphoedema, infection, allergic reaction), all efforts to rectify the issue will be undertaken without extra charge. Asymmetry does not count as a complication.

  • Treatments delivered are done so according to industry recommendations and using the best possible quality product by a highly qualified professional. Ultimately, the fees incurred by these treatments reflect the professional service provided and the training level of practitioners. Time will be given to explain the treatment, consider any concurrent medical conditions and explain the risk of complications and what can be done to mitigate them. Administration will be done to the highest level of care possible and aftercare will be comprehensive with a point of contact via email or phone and aftercare literature provided following treatment. It is up to the patient to read this and to do what is recommended.

  • Even when things go according to plan, it may be that patients are not satisfied with the outcome. If this is the case, a refund is not possible based on the above considerations.
